How to Order

When you have chosen a design, simply type the quantity and select the relevant size using the drop down list where applicable, and click  'Add to Basket'.  You can view your basket at anytime, and can alter or delete items within your basket.

Within your basket you have a free format box titled 'If you have any special requests' where you can tell me any additional requirements, i.e. length, and colour.

Select 'Go to Payments'.  Here you are required to enter your name and address.  Then click 'Continue'.

When you have double checked your order details, you then have a choice of two payment options:

1. Paypal - Click on 'Continue' and this will then take you to Paypal website.

2. Cheque - Click on 'Continue' and I will receive your order.  Cheques are to be made payable to 'Beadin Marvellous' and posted to Nicola Green, Inadaze, 45 Clos Raymond Leterrier, Pont Vaillant, Vale, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY6 8BX.

Payment

You may either post a sterling cheque to me, or make a payment via Paypal.

Paypal:  If you are already a paypal member you just need to log in.  If you are not a member of paypal, you can still pay upto £250, and pay in the normal manner with either your debit or credit card.  Paypal is an American company with over 100 million members worldwide, and more than 55 countries.  Paypal accepts Debit Cards (UK Only) and Credit Cards (Worldwide).

Your financial information stays with Paypal,  your credit, debit card and bank account numbers are never shared with Beadin Marvellous.

Cheque:  Cheques are to be made payable to 'Beadin Marvellous' and sent to Nicola Green, Inadaze, 45 Clos Raymond Leterrier, Pont Vaillant, Vale, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY6 8BX.  Your order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared through the bank.

Delivery Times

All items are handmade to your requirements and dispatched within 2 - 3 weeks.  However if you require your order sooner, you have the option within your shopping basket to choose 'RUSH ORDER' for £25 (this includes next day delivery charge of £7).  This will guarantee your order will be made and dispatched within 3 - 7 days, using Royal Mails next day delivery.  This is a non-refundable charge.

Everything is custom made for you.  If you order is sent using Recorded delivery I am unable to do anything about delays or missing packages until 15 working days has elapsed, this is not my policy but Royal Mails.  They will not look for or process any claims until 15 days has past from the date of posting.  If you are not in, a card will be left to say where your parcel can be picked up from.

Prices & VAT

Beadin Marvellous reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or our material suppliers increasing their prices. 

Prices on my website do not include VAT.  VAT is added if applicable within your shopping basket at the current rate of 17.5%.  UK orders under the value of £18 are not charged VAT.  Orders over the value of £18 are charged at the current rate of 17.5%.  Europe & Rest of World orders are not charged with tax and you will be responsible to pay tax if applicable at your end when you receive your parcel.

Postage & Packaging

Orders under the value of £18 will be sent using standard postage for £2.  Orders over the value of £18 will be sent using Royal Mails 'Recorded' UK delivery for £3.  Standard and Recorded delivery from Guernsey to UK can take 5 - 10 days.  You do have the option to pay for Royal Mails 'Special Next Day Delivery' for £7.  Europe and Rest of World will be sent using Royal Mails 'International Signed For' for £10.

Colour Samples will be sent free P&P.

RUSH ORDERS:  Your order will be made and dispatched within 3 - 7 days, and sent using Royal Mails next day delivery.  This is a non-refundable charge of £25.

Jewellery items are presented in a beautiful jewellery box, ideal as a gift.

Tiaras are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and presented in a clear tiara box.

If requested I can provide you with your tracking number so you can keep track of your order via Royal Mail's website.

The customer is responsible to arrange for collection or re-delivery.  Any parcels not collected and returned to me will be sent out again, but a postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent out to you again we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping costs.

When you take delivery please check all your items straight away.

Damaged Goods:  Please contact me immediately if your order has arrived damaged.

Returns Policy

Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfied, or the item did not meet you expectations for any reason, I will be glad to either exchange the item, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.

To return your item, you must first please contact me immediately.  Please send back jewellery via Royal mails Special Next Day Delivery service which will then be insured should they get lost or damaged, and you will also have proof of posting.  I cannot give a refund if I do not receive your parcel.  Return the goods together with the receipt in the same condition that they were received in.  The customer is responsible for the cost of postage.

To receive a full refund, the items must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received, within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the items.  Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it.  I cannot resell jewellery that has been used.

Any items sent back for exchange, there will be a postage charge for the re-delivery.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

Damaged Goods:  Please contact me immediately if your goods arrive damaged.
